Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order
All orders ship free. There is no minimum purchase and there are no shipping fees at checkout.

Where we ship
We ship only within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses.

Processing (handling) time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific Time or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
After processing, orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Order tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Packaging
Collectible items are packed with protective materials to prevent damage in transit.

Delays
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons may occasionally extend delivery times.

Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 7 days and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly, but we’ll help where we can.
