Last updated: October 20, 2026

Overview
This website is operated by CollectorBase (“we,” “us,” “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Online store terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display product images, descriptions, and conditions accurately. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. All prices shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes, are the final amounts charged. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

3. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal [keep only the methods you actually have enabled]. Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s PCI-DSS–compliant checkout. We never store your full card details.

4. Orders and cancellations
We may refuse or limit any order. You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting us; once shipped, our Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping and returns
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Refund Policy, both available in the footer of this website.

6. Authenticity
All items we sell are genuine. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us and we will investigate and offer a full refund if it is confirmed.

7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CollectorBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
